The startup
ESGmax was born with a promise: maximise the impact, minimise the effort. It is the cloud solution that enables the collaborative construction of the sustainability report, simplifying the collection, organisation, storage and presentation of ESG data, supply chain included.
The need identified
The analyses run by the studio surfaced a major problem in the process of drafting sustainability reports: data collection. Even in the leading companies interviewed, the process is still extremely manual: beyond the traditional management software used for drafting reports, there are no solutions capable of speeding up and automating the collection. The result is a heavy expense of time and resources, above all in engaging stakeholders spread inside the company or outside it.
The solution
ESGmax guides the actors of the drafting process along the whole value chain of the data, with a cloud solution based on generative AI and simplified usability paradigms, which lets all stakeholders collaborate faster in retrieving information and drafting the report. The software handles notifications, reminders and approvals on the information collected, and requires no specific skills: it is a cross-cutting solution for sustainability managers, CEOs, CFOs, consultants, accountants and anyone involved in collecting company data.
