Holacracy
A hierarchy of roles, not of people: clear responsibilities and distributed autonomy, inside the studio as in the ventures.
About us
Startup Bakery is the Italian startup studio born in February 2020. Today it creates vertical AI‑native companies in high-potential niches, with a destination declared from day one: the exit towards an industrial partner.
The mission
We enable co-founders, companies and investors to express their entrepreneurial potential, in the conviction that by "doing business, better" we can improve the daily life of people and companies and support the economic growth of the ecosystem we operate in.
Contrary to what usually happens in venture capital, Startup Bakery relies on the involvement of industrial partners to turn its initiatives into value: a journey designed to reduce the risk of doing startups, with the studio at the co-founder's side through every phase, from fundraising to the exit, making them progressively more independent.

The values
A hierarchy of roles, not of people: clear responsibilities and distributed autonomy, inside the studio as in the ventures.
We build companies that are sustainable by business model and by impact, whatever the type of startup.
Serial application of tools, skills and methodologies already present in the team: method before improvisation.
