The startup
Donux is a product design company specialised in B2B SaaS products: since its birth it has designed over 80 products, working with companies and startups on building design systems, interfaces and product journeys. It is the studio's first spin-up and a constant presence across the portfolio's projects: the designs of all Startup Bakery products carry its signature.
From UX to AX
The perimeter of Donux's expertise is evolving: from designing traditional user experiences to AX design, Agentic Experience, that is, the design of experiences centred on AI agents. It is a particularly relevant direction for the vertical AI-native startups the studio spins up, where the interaction between user and service happens more and more through intelligent agents rather than traditional interfaces. In Donux's practice this also means a new way of building: agents execute, people decide and review every result. The way the studio builds its own technology infrastructure follows the same principle.
