The startup
Sencare is the digital solution for home care: a cloud assistant that makes it possible to choose, organise and supervise home services with the same ease as those delivered in a facility. The Consis Group has joined the company's capital, and today Sencare draws the interest of other industrial partners.
The need identified
The problem-solution fit analyses run by the studio identified a series of pains in managing healthcare staff for home services, and above all a communication problem with caregivers, which distorts the perceived quality of the service. On top of this come growth opportunities most facilities fail to seize: expanding the offering with home services, healthcare and beyond, and creating new beds even at a distance, within a home care trend growing year after year.
The solution
Sencare connects care providers, professionals, patients and caregivers, making the delivery and monitoring of home services more efficient and allowing both providers and families to supervise the quality and punctuality of the services. The suite includes managing the team of carers, creating the visit plan and overseeing all the patient's needs, from the initial assessment to updates on the latest requests, with summary views that make home care management as simple as facility-based care.
