The startup
Condeo was born to take the friction out of building life: administering, working and living in a residential building without stress. The platform sits alongside classic management software and simplifies communication, coordination, the collection of shared expenses and the interaction with ordinary and extraordinary maintenance suppliers. Edison, one of Italy's main energy groups, has joined the company's capital.
The need identified
Whether they work alone or in an associated firm, building administrators constantly juggle a multitude of commitments and share the same difficulties: tracking suppliers' activities, collecting expenses, handling the continuous flow of phone calls and reports from residents. In a field survey run by the studio, supplier management and online payment collection emerged as the profession's most deeply felt needs.
The solution
Condeo is the cloud platform that simplifies the communication and coordination of building life, the collection of shared expenses and the interaction with suppliers. Sitting alongside classic management software, it makes the automation of repetitive activities its strength: from privacy consent management to notifications and reminders, all the way to the online collection of building expenses. Every event and report from the properties flows into a single smart calendar, with the most important information always visible and filterable.
